An old office building located a few steps from the Cathedral Square. Inside there is a link created among the characteristic visual details of cathedrals, and the simplicity and sobriety of the materials used, which together with the use of stained glass to provide color, make up the essence of the place. A kaleidoscope in the center of the building is a key element that allows observing images of the city surrounds the building.
